Quiet Space
We will offer tea or coffee on arrival.
A brief spoken welcome and introduction outlining the structure of the meeting.
A bible reading, reflection or poem.
A time of silence for about 20 minutes initially.
A bell will mark the beginning and end of the silence.
Some may want to leave quietly immediately but there will be a chance to feed back any thoughts, questions or comments arising from the session.
The session will be about 1 hour in total.
