Our Rates (from April 2026) 

Set out below are SRMC Hire charges for individuals, community and other users or groups in respect of `one off` hire.

These charges apply to all those who make `one off` bookings and apply from the time of entry to the time of departure. (Charges may be negotiable where there is a regular, weekly, booking lasting for a minimum of 4 months).

Terms and Conditions
All Hire is subject to the hirer being 18 years of age or over and signing our standard form of License.
Charges are not reduced for part hours.
Hirers are responsible for complying with Safeguarding, Fire, and other Health and Safety precautions. Hirers must also arrange any Public Liability, or other relevant Liability, Insurance cover for all their activities whilst on the premises, where necessary.
