Forest Church 

Once a month we have ‘Forest Church’ where we meet outside around a campfire with marshmallows and hot chocolate and use our beautiful Church garden to connect to God. Below is a video made by neighbours from Chopwell showing what happened one week.

Forest Church is a gathering outside connecting with the natural world to draw closer to God. We believe that we can learn more about God by communing with the seasons, trees and diversity of life in the outdoors. Time spent outside with nature is also hugely beneficial to mental health. Sunday morning Forest Church is a process we are trying together. We gather round a fire, spend time in nature, play games, try out new skills and learn about the incredible world on our doorsteps.
