The Light Comes into the Darkness

From a church family perspective, the leadership team is planning for Christmas celebrations, now that we know the contractors are due to hand back the building at the end of November. I am looking forward to seeing people in person after months when we have been restricted to meeting each other on Zoom. Celebrations will need to take account of the Covid-19 restrictions that are in place over the Christmas period but we are working on the assumption that churches will be able to open again once the four weeks’ lockdown has ended.

"You shall live"

Minister’s Letter

Ezekiel 37. 4-5

Prophesy to these bones and say to them, “Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breathenter you, and you shall live.”

Dear friends,

What on earth is going on?

Alan's Letter

Dear Friend,

I want to say a big thank you to the church for the gift of my sabbatical. It was good to know that the church can survive fine without me and to have the space to seek God and to have some great places to pray. So often the busyness of life can crowd out our relationships and some of the most important relationships we have with our family, friends and most of all Jesus, can get pushed aside. This sabbatical God used to rebuild my relationship with Christ and I am thankful for that.

Hotting Up Spiritually

Dear All Happy Easter!

As we are still in the Easter season exploring The Great 50 Days leading up to Pentecost, not only does the temperature rise  as spring moves into summer but things are also hotting up spiritually.
