Safeguarding: Train the Trainer 

Methodist Regional Safeguarding Office are running a Train the Trainer Foundation Module this autumn for people to be trained up to deliver the 2024 version of the Foundation Module. 

It is in two parts, over two evenings on Zoom. The first on 12th November will look at the skills needed to be an effective trainer and the second on 19th November will go over the actual material.

New trainers need to attend both sessions. Existing safeguarding traininger only need to attend the session on 19th November, going through the material, but are warmly invited to attend the skills session as well for a refresher. Get in touch if you are an existing trainer who only wants to attend the material session, and we will make sure you are only sent the link for the session on 19th November.

The Regional Team have agreed that more training dates will be put in place during the rest of the year.
